After the Coronavirus was labelled a global pandemic, the Spanish Government decreed a state of emergency on March 14th, 2020. Three days later, a Decree was passed (Royal Decree-Law 8/2020, on March 17th) adopting several economic and tax measures to fight the socioeconomic impact the crisis can have on the whole country.
