Regardless of the area of law in which we operate, once all ordinary remedies have been exhausted, we can always appeal to the Constitutional Court if we consider that a Fundamental right has been violated. Given that according to data from recent years, only 1% of the protections presented are admitted, having a team with extensive experience is an essential requirement:
